TOW Anitdots

Week #6 of the Yahoo TOW is to use a tangle by Anita Roby-Lavery called Anitdots:
This can be used in so many ways. Stack 'em on a line, use for filler. Fun to do too.

Chillon

My Yahoo group, week 5, Tangle of the Week, required that we use Chillon. I tried playing with the shapes of the foundation lines and really like the one that kind of stair-steps on the right side:
Or, how about in the round?

February is BUSY

This will be a busy month for me so I decided to get a head start on some of my group endeavors. First, a contest by Anita in my Yahoo group to do a Zendala. I have been itching to do something in sepia, so here they are:

Next, I finished up my ATC swap of "Tangled Hair":

And, finally, I did my Mooka assignment for my March meeting swap:

A DARE and a TOW

My Yahoo group TOW for this week was to use Ogee. Interesting. Look it up on the Internet for samples of this wavy line:
Erin's challenge from The Bright Owl this week was a very interesting shape to work with:
I used Beanpods in both. The first has a bit more depth as I think I put more time into it.

Zendala Dare #43

I went to my group, Glentanglers, yesterday. I am amazed at how beautiful the work these women do is. I almost cringe when I have to put my work down next to theirs. I feel like mine looks like a child's. Maybe it is because I am a beginner? Maybe it is because I still work full time and just don't have the time to be more careful? Or, maybe it is just my "style" and I should accept it?

My second challenge from The Bright Owl. These are really fun to do.
Thanks for looking.
